This remodeled first floor condo is just steps from the beach! You will enjoy the sunny & comfortable space with room to relax or move outside to your private patio. There is a queen size bed as well as a sofa sleeper pullout couch. You are just steps to beautiful Upham Beach and the complex also has a pool for sunning and a cool dip. You are within walking distance to several bars, restaurants and shops. We provide direct paid parking access and high speed wifi connection & laundry onsite.

**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.

— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay!

    Our stay was great! We absolutely loved it. The condo was completely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. We will be back.

    Our condo was wonderful! Beautiful, clean and cozy space in great neighborhood and just across the street from a beautiful beach on the Gulf. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants and getting around to other locations was simple and quick. We hope to come back again next winter!

    Great location - right across the street from the beautiful white sand beach of St Pete's Beach. The condo is well appointed and perfect space for two people. Love the updates! Walking distance to many restaurants.

    Very noisy upstairs neighbors- their shower was leaking onto our bathroom floor- used all our towels for a week to keep water off our bathroom floor. Extremely cheap appliances that made cooking a double chore. Bring toilet paper- they only give you 4 of the smallest rolls I have ever seen. Bathroom electrical outlet did not work- most likely because of the water leakage. Had to blow dry and curl hair in kitchen without a mirror. I would not choose to go back.
