Stayed Sep 10, 2025The moment I walked into this place it was a funky odor. After walking in the bedroom entrance it smelled like football team left their sweat laundry. Not only could I not get the host otp Nina was completely ignoring that fact that the unit was not clean and told me to change the linen my self. I literally sat in the car for 2 1/2 hours getting hung up on by cs repeated cause they couldn’t get in contact with the host. CS asked me “is it really that bad?” Someone’s bodily fluids? Are you serious? Kitchen was not cleaned out. This area is literally in zombie land. My family literally begged me not to go to the shell gas station across the street from this place due to a shooting the previous week.. Arriving around 10pm there is nothing but groups on guys standing on the corners literally more than 10 across the street from the shell and about 7 surrounding the 5/3 atm at shell; not to mention the zombies and homeless bombarding you soon as you get out you vehicle. I was told by Nina that’s the meaning of URBAN.. There is literally a sign that asks the guest to help maintain the building by ensuring the doors are secured. sounds like Nina knows this area isn’t safe.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We loved our overnight stay here. Decorated so cute, location is great and the instructions are easy to follow. The only thing I would change is the pillows. They are super thin.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025We had a great stay! The apartment had everything we needed, is close to restaurants, bars, and Findlay Market. Nina, the property manager, was very helpful before and during our trip. She was in communication with us the whole weekend to make sure our trip went smoothly. Thank you!

Communication with the property manager was fast, friendly and efficient and she worked with us with check-in scheduling adjustments. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this very clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. Also, we enjoyed our time exploring Cincinnati and our neighborhood. In the apartment's surrounding area we enjoyed eating at unique restaurants and coffee houses

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Absolutely beautiful place in a perfect location. Right around the corner from great food, drinks and shopping. We walked to everything we needed. We highly recommend staying in this sweet apartment.
