This was great for what we needed. Way roomier than a hotel room and more comfortable. The grounds were really clean and cared for. Friendly community. Walking distance to the metro, restaurants, bars, and coffee. Don't have any doubts about staying here.

Great location. Excellent amenities. The beds leave something to be desired but otherwise this place is fantastic.

Our stay was made perfect by the location for this property. Other reviews helped us be prepared for the limited towels and such. Otherwise the building was great, easy access, safe, etc. Super close to Metro which we used daily to get in to DC with ease. Unit could use a deep clean and some upkeep maintenance, but nothing major to note. For the price, location this was a great stay. We would stay again!!

Location is good. Just a couple blocks from metro entrance, near restaurants, grocery stores, CVS. We give it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of amenities in the unit. Insufficient bath towels, shampoo, paper towel/TP for more than two nights' stay. No dish towels, no hand soap in kitchen, coffee maker but no coffee provided. Has the fewest amenities of any Vrbo we've experienced. If you plan to be there for more than a couple nights, you'll need to go out and buy the basics. We even had to buy an extra blanket. It's corporate hosted and others have commented on this in the past, so I believe the host is aware. Would not cost much to improve the customer experience in this way.

5 starts for cleanliness and location, except that you can hear the bars on Fri/Sat night till 2am. (Unit does not face over the bars but the noise floats back.) Very convenient location. Minus 1-2 stars for insufficient amenities in the unit. Not enough bedding, blankets or towels. No dish towels or hand soap in kitchen. Very minimal paper towels/TP. Tiny shampoo & mini individual hand soaps. We had to buy our own shampoo, hand soap & toilet paper. It would cost very little to bring the amenities up to a normal, comfortable standard that guests are used to in a typical short-term rental.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location close to restaurants and the Metro in a quiet building. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.
