The Space:

This is a two-bedroom apartment featuring two queen beds, making it well suited for families or friends travelling together.



The living area is designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, and it connects directly to a private balcony, creating a bright and open atmosphere. A study desk is positioned beside the window, providing a comfortable spot for reading, studying or working while enjoying natural light, helping to reduce eye strain and fatigue.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware and dining items, allowing you to prepare simple meals during your stay. The layout is clearly organised, with separate areas for relaxing, dining and resting, ensuring a comfortable and practical living environment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.



Please note that shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance carried out by the building management. Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

The Neighborhood:

While you are in Adelaide we suggest you check out some of South Australia’s wine regions - winery tours are available to the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale.



Glenelg Beach is a tram ride away – you can catch the tram at the opposite end of Rundle Mall (check out the shops as you walk there).



Adelaide Oval is only a tram ride away, so while you’re here see if there is a cricket match or footy game on!



Take the tram down to North Terrace and take in some history as you pass Adelaide University the art gallery and museum.



Adelaide has some great bars, microbreweries and Gin joints – well worth checking out!



Getting Around:

Chinatown – 5 mins walk

A lively dining precinct with a wide range of Asian restaurants and eateries.



Adelaide Central Market – 6 mins walk

One of Adelaide’s most iconic fresh food markets, offering local produce, cafés and specialty stores.



Victoria Square & Free Tram Stop – 9 mins walk

Located within Adelaide’s free tram zone, providing easy travel across the CBD.



Gouger Street dining precinct nearby

Surrounded by a variety of cafés, restaurants and local eateries.



From Victoria Square, you can easily reach Rundle Mall, King William Street, Hindley Street and North Terrace by tram or on foot.



North Terrace is home to many of Adelaide’s key cultural attractions, including the South Australian Museum, Art Gallery of South Australia, State Library, Parliament House and Elder Park.



With the apartment already located in the CBD, most attractions, shopping areas and dining spots are comfortably accessible on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
