The Space:

Guest comfort is our absolute priority. As of mid-April 2026, we have completed a full flooring renovation. We’ve replaced all old carpets with stylish, modern hard flooring throughout the space. This upgrade not only gives the home a chic, contemporary look but also ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We invite you to enjoy a fresh, spotless, and incredibly comfortable stay!



This brand new 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom apartment is located on the high floor of a new building, with terrific view, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with necessary amenities. There's two queen size bed in the 2 bedrooms.



*Note: We only offer welcome starter coffee pods. If you enjoy your machine and want to explore more flavors, we recommend visiting local grocery stores for additional purchases.



*Split system air conditioner in the living room (To cool down or heat up the bedrooms, pls open the doors to allow cool air flow.)



If your group have more than 4 guests, you can unfold the sofa in the living room, to be another queen-size bed.



Guest Access:

There's also one parking space available for our guests. You need to let us know specifically about your parking need, so that we can prepare the car park remote for you.

You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.



If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.



Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Extra bedding:

Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (2 queens). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.



Last minute same day booking:

There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.



Early Check-in & Late Checkout:

To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.

    Ideal location. Closed to shops, transport and the excitement of South Yarra. Apartment was located in quiet street with suitable parking if required and appropriate security. Concierge was always helpful. Good Wi-Fi. Apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need. We will come again.

    So much happening just outside, easy to find the trams and trains. Plenty of food options. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Excellent communication from our host with easy to understand instructions. Thanks very much, would stay again.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very good and prompt with responses. We did have an issue with the garage key which didn’t work, maybe needed new batteries & with only 1 key originally provided between 4 of us was difficult. Apart from that, the position was excellent & filled our needs. Very enjoyable stay.
