Premium Coastal Getaway: A Seaside Retreat Unit G

Great location, lots of room even for a relatively overall small space. We really enjoyed ourselves, and the appointments of the unit really helped us do that! Would definitely stay there again!

Well appointed unit in a very good location. 1 block to the beach and a short walk to Downtown Carlsbad.

It was really close to the Beach. When the traffic slowed in the evening you could hear the waves. The owners were very helpful and available. There were beach towels and chairs to use. (We didn't avail ourselves of those as we were social distancing (Covid 19) and the weekend crowds were rather large. There are shops and restaurants some even open for sit down service. Those were all within walking distance. Great location. Great facility. A little expensive but worth it.

Everything was great -- clear instructions, great location, and a very clean apartment. The only slight snafu was that the check-out time was listed as 11am but our code stopped working at around 10am. Fortunately, the cleaners were next door and were able to let us back in after breakfast to retrieve our things! Otherwise I don't know what we would have done since there was no answer at the owner phone number.This is our second time staying here. The location can't be beat and the apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We will certainly stay here again!!

Excellent location, beautiful condo! A block from the beach, a block from Carlsbad Village with great shops, restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location. We enjoyed the easy access to both the beach and Carlsbad Village. We were able to walk most of the time. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very nice location.Really close to beach and downtown.The bath tub drained slowly.There were keys and a gate control on the bar but no instructions or explanation. Windows opened for a cool breeze. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Swimming pool looked clean.Thanks for a nice stay :)

As always we really enjoy staying at Seaside Village. It was a warm week, so the pool was cool and refreshing plus really appreciated a/c unit in bedroom as upper units can get hot.

Perfect location walking distance to the beach restaurants and shopping! Kitchen was great bed and linens were great!

If you're going to Carlsbad for the beach, this place is the best place to stay! Nice big comfortable bed, great layout, good kitchen (we even baked cookies). In mid-August the place gets hot so we used the plug in air-conditioner which helped a bit.

Very clean unit. Very noisy area so don’t expect to go to bed early meaning 11:30 or midnight or sleep in.

Unit G was just right for our stay. I was happy until accused of damaging sofa. My husband and I are over 70 and did not misuse the unit. The microwave didn't work anf there was no spatula in kitchen. We mostly just slept there

Our usual property was not available so this was a second choice. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our accommodations. Would definitely go back.

We reviewed many options before we landed on this property. Glad we did. It was super clean with a king bed - which was very comfortable. Very quite. Only 1 block from the beach and restaurants and shopping. The PM was very responsive. We will stay here again when we go back to that area.

Stay was great. Just 1 block to the beach and a couple of blocks from village. Property has great setup. Only thing that would make it better is more hooks in bathroom for wet swimsuits, washcloths, towels. Only one hook for everything. Otherwise great.

This vacation rental is lovely, 2 blocks from the beach, pool, locked parking lot. You can tell the hosts care about their guests and know how to accommodate them. We will return sometime!

Perfect place to stay for two individuals. Unit G was clean and comfortable for our one week vacation. The outside noise was slightly loud but everything calmed down by 11 pm. I would stay here again.
