The apartment is new, finely restored and has every comfort that will make you feel at home. It is a two-room apartment of 48 square meters that can easily accommodate 4 people, it is located on the second floor without elevator (it is true that there will be a few steps to climb but you will be fully paid, once you enter, by a lovely and refined apartment) overlooking the condominium courtyard therefore, it is very quiet. Composed of a living area with flat-screen TV, Netflix, Tim Vision, Disney, wi-fi 6, a comfortable French sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare any type of meal.
The bathroom with a double shower, equipped with washing machine, drying rack and hair dryer and welcome kit.
The sleeping area has a double bed, a comfortable one-bed armchair, a desk and a large wardrobe where you will find iron and ironing board. Blackout curtains and bed linen and towels included.
The apartment has double glazed windows, mosquito nets and the latest generation of hot/cold air conditioning.
All plants are electrical, having excluded gas for greater safety.
