Villa KoaLua is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. 10 minute walk to the sand. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers 2 private balconies with lovely views of the community lake. The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community poolsand the community lake. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!

Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
*PLEASE NOTE: *All arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement.
*All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions.
All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
