Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a supplement of €40.00.

Check-out: by 9:00 AM.

Linen: bed and bath linen are not provided. Linen rental is available up to 7 days before arrival. The cost is €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed. Linen must be collected exclusively from our office in Portoferraio.

Pets: not allowed.

Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside the property.
