Poolside Luxury, Ground Level, 3 Bedroom Condo

We had a great stay and would definitely book this property again. The condo was well stocked with plenty of linens and towels, all the dishes and kitchen items we needed, and even a small cooler, which was a nice touch.There was plenty to keep the kids entertained. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and we appreciated that pool floaties were provided. The pickleball and tennis courts were also a lot of fun and were used frequently during our stay.The lake area was beautiful for walking and enjoying the scenery. We only ever saw carp in the lake, and although we tried fishing for other species, we had no luck. It may not be much of a fishing destination, but it was still a very pleasant feature of the property. The area felt very safe, was close to all the amenities we needed, and the condo complex was quiet with no issues or disturbances.My only minor observation is that the floors did not feel completely clean upon arrival, as there was a little dirt present. However, everything else in the condo was very clean and well maintained.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return in the future.

Great property with amenities. We love pickleball and going for evening walks around the lake. Great location for all we needed!

Communication, cleanliness, and location to pool and courts were great. All other tenants we encountered at pool or otherwise were friendly and kind. Everything is gated, locked, and secure. We have nothing negative to report.

Really enjoyed our time at this condo

We loved our stay at this condo! The host was quick to respond to our questions and made everything so easy. Everything was clean and had everything we needed! The location is perfect with the pickleball courts and pool right outside the back door. We loved sitting out in the screened room! We would love to come back!

Condo worked great for our family of 6. The location within the complex was absolutely perfect for our family with young kids because it was right next to pickleball courts and pool area! Everything was provided as described in the listing and the pictures accurately portrayed the condo. Hosts were responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Beds were very comfortable! Location was perfect for spring training games and Walmart was just a mile away for groceries and necessities. Pool, hot tub and courts were well maintained.

pool was enjoyable and kitchen had everything we need, only question we have is access to TV channels not being able to watch sports everything we tried said we needed to purchase it. Would stay here again, close to the softball fields only 10 minute drive and airport easy access.

Spacious, clean and comfortable condo at a reasonable price. Easy check in and out and good communication. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but the property itself was nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location that was so close to the pool and tennis courts! This was a game changer as our teenage/adult kids could easily come and go! The place was great for our family of 6, we enjoyed the screened in porch the most! We ate every meal that we cooked in on that porch! It was so pleasant! I really appreciated the fact that the small amenities were provided, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner etc! When you fly with a large family you bring the minimums and to go and purchase them for a week gets costly… so thank you! No comaplanits, the shower needs unclogged but we already told them they could handle after we leave! Thanks so much for a great stay! We had an amazing Arizona trip!!

Great place to stay to get around to various areas in Phoenix. Beds were good, screened in porch was perfect, and proximity to the pool, tennis courts and hot tub was amazing. Worked perfectly for a weekend getaway!

The unit is well situated within the complex - a couple of lovely surprises was the outdoor patio area of the unit and the absolutely lovely walking path around the lake - completely secure, quiet and lovely any time of day. We enjoyed trying pickleball for the first time and appreciated having all the supplies we needed for that. The beds were comfy, the sheets felt crisp, plenty of towels for pool and condo and the condo felt spacious (kitchen is tight) for all 5 of us. We visit AZ 2-3 times during the winter and always try to stay someplace new as we figure out where maybe we'd like to be more permanently.

Tennis, hot tub, heated (very warm) pool, inside games and more to do. It was a wonderful place to stay! Beds are all comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Condo was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Wonderful accommodations and host was quick to respond to my questions.

This condo was perfect. We were able to get to my daughter’s place with no problem. The kids loved the pool, which was very close. The condo was well taken care of. Very cozy and comfortable. We spent most mornings on the patio having our coffee. Being on the first floor was an added plus for us. As was the mints (children) and champagne (adults). The owners, Jeanne and Nicole, checked in to make sure all was ok. We would not hesitate to come back again.
