Great place to stay

Great house!! Great location and the house was super clean! Please note, they didn’t have any trash bags (left us 2 bags) so just be sure to get some in your grochery run!

This was the best home for our bachelorette trip and Robert was the most amazing and responsive host! I truly could not recommend any more. The house is stunning, clean, and the most perfect location we could have asked for. It is truly right on the beach! Just a 3 minute walk down the street and you are on the sand! Super quick walk to the grocery store, liquor store, and coffee/bagels for the mornings. The area felt so safe and was really easy to get Ubers to Charleston for any activities we wanted to do in the city. I would go back in a heart beat! Definitely choose this house for your trip to Isle of Palms/Charleston!

Everything was lovely

The house was fantastic and in a perfect central location, which made everything so convenient for our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and made so many great memories there—plenty of laughs and good times shared in the house. Thank you for everything, we really appreciated it!

Really enjoyed our stay

The house had plenty of room for our children and their families. Each room had a nice, clean bathroom with amenities similar to a hotel- hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner (I loved), soap etc. Two of our children have an infant daughter each. The house contained the noise and we were able to sleep - better than most hotels! There was a long table that fit everyone and much space in the living room to watch TV, movies or play video games. The roof top was a nice place sit and even lay out (This was in winter)! You can see the ocean from it. It is close to Mt Pleasant which had great shopping, Walmart, a Regal Movie theater and many eateries! The house is on a beach access road (23) and only took about 5 minutes to walk there. We watched sunsets (5:20 pm) and took in a sunrise 7:20 am - an advantage for the winter time. There is a lovely L shaped pool. We spent most of our time touring Charleston or at the beach so we didn’t utilize it to its fullest. There were beach items - so we didn’t have to rent, books (all ages) and toys for the children! The beds were comfortable. These extras added to the comforts of home.

Great location for a spacious beach house

I had family in town and had them stay here. It is a very nice house. The bedrooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean and very well maintained. It was a bit too cold to use the pool but it was also well kept and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and tidy. The beach access is a block away. Highly recommend!

The house was very large!

Great location and generously equipped. Very clean and new. Loved the roof top deck. Bed and bathroom layouts gave us plenty of options. Nicest place that I have stayed since visiting my son at The Citadel.

The house was well maintained and comfy. While we cooked very little, the kitchen was well-stocked including spices. The garage area is loaded with beach carts, nice beach chairs and toys. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, particularly the closest part of the path, which was loaded with flowering bushes and butterflies! There is a busy road to travel across, but people are pretty quick to slow for pedestrians. With our stay beginning October 1, we had concerns with a potential hurricane, which resulted in rough surf by the time we arrived. There is a Harris Teeter a few minutes away and good restaurants all around, of course!

This property worked well for our family of 8. The location to the beach was just minutes. We loved the convenience of the supply of lawn chairs on a rolling cart, as well as beach towels, umbrella and beach toys. The pool was a perfect size for hanging out and socializing and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. The master bedrooms were huge. The upstairs master did run considerably cooler than the other rooms in the house, but just added extra blankets. Elevator was nice to haul our heavy suitcases to basement level to be loaded in rental car. Would stay again.

Beautiful property, with spacious bedrooms. Pool on the second story deck was perfect for an afternoon dip. Host was very responsive and helpful before check-in and during our stay!

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The host was great to work with and very prompt and accommodating. Easy walk to the beach just a few blocks away and beach access was right there. We are excited for another trip back here.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! Beautiful finishes, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed included. The power briefly went out due to a storm which caused the house alarm to go off and the property manager responded quickly & was at the house within 10 minutes of us reaching out. Would recommend anyone stay here if they’re visiting Isle of Palm!

Great house in a great location. Would definitely come back.

This is a great property for a family vacation. The kitchen and living area are spacious and comfortable. There are two huge king bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a room with two twins and a bunk bed. The elevator rmade it possible to bring my elderly father with us. Even the laundry room was nice. There is a small pool and rooftop area. Close to the beach. Robert was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home.

The location and spacious rooms were perfect for our family vacation. Appreciated the toddler friendly house.

It was exactly as advertised

We were here during July 4th and We come every year to Isle of Palms and this house was a top favorite. Great Location nice pool for kids. Plenty of space for the family. It was clean and convienent to Restaurants, Beach, and groceries. The host was good about communicating with us. Would recommend this rental for sure.

The property manager was very quick to respond to issues that arose during our stay. The house is comfortable and ample in space. There were plenty of beach toys on the first floor. We had 2 carts to carry the beach toys, chairs and umbrella which were supplied. Each bedroom has a bathroom. We cooked in quite a lot. Once we straightened out the cutlery drawer and moved some pots around, we felt better organized. Some of the pots are old, but there were unexpected cooking utensils like an immersion blender, soufflé bowls and a potato masher. We found the short walk to the uncrowded beach very convenient. The pool is small but bigger than the photos. We enjoyed it very much after showering on the first floor to remove sand and salt. We made the right choice in this rental.

We recently visited this house and were happy with the quality of the rental! Spacious inside and the tv's were plentiful for viewing, as well as a fairly large backyard. Any of our concerns were immediately addressed. I would recommend!

Great stay, great house!

It was a great house, short walk to the beach. I would rent again note there are bikes in the picture and not the description, so we assumed on having bikes but not an issue for us. House was clean and the kitchen was great. Short drive to charleston to check out the sites.

The home was exactly as depicted. Everything we could possibly need, clean, comfortable beds and furniture! Communication was quick and clear - no issues at all! Highly recommend!

House had all we needed. Short walk to beach. Easy biking or driving to great local food spots. Check in and messaging was flawless and stress free.

The house is very well stocked for you to be able to enjoy yourself and not worry if you have enough supply. There are many kid items and toys, which helps so much with traveling. The only thing that was a concern was the bees on the pool deck near the table were excessive. Looks like the neighbor has several nests on their house and they migrate over to this house. Could not use the outside table because of this.

Nice property with great location to all IOP offers. Easy access to the entire Charleston metro. Unit was clean and comfortable for all.

Our stay in IOP was very relaxing and enjoyable by everyone in our family. This house had plenty and extra space for our family of 9. We even used one of the closets as an additional bedroom when one of the children started running a fever. Would recommend and stay again in the future!

Great trip with grown children and spouses. Large bedrooms with plenty of common space. Very well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach. Three nice carts to haul the homes beach chairs, beach towels and boogy boards. Home’s rental agency was very receptive and accommodating. Would rent the home again .

We brought my 90 year old mom here to meet up with more family and we had a wonderful time! The elevator made getting around the house very easy for her (and for us). The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It even had enough beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for us to use at the beach that was within steps of the house. The property management group was very responsive with any questions or concerns. We were disappointed that the new owners would now allow the pool heater to be used so we weren't able to use the pool - it was just too cold this time of year and it's not in the sun.
