Stayed Mar 14, 2021The apartment was clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It's very central and close to everything, having the buggy included is a bonus. I had a few issues which, for what I was paying, were very disappointing. There was small things like no face washers supplied, the washing up detergent was almost empty and I would expect as least a small packet of soap in the bathroom. The main issues were there was not an iron or hairdryer in the apartment which were supposed be supplied, I was there for a conference so both items were necessary. The contacts for the apartment was lovely, they responded promptly to my issues and had the items supplied within 24hrs. On my 2nd last day I was going to wash my clothes however the washing machine was broken. For the cost of the apartment I felt these issues should not have happened. Overall I would recommend this apartment but the owners need to keep the place in better condition. There was a lot of odds and ends stored in the alcove near the bathroom which made it look tacky, another thing that such an expensive apartment should not contain.
