It’s easy to relax and enjoy a fabulous island holiday when you stay in Poinciana 008.

This well-appointed 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment has fabulous views and is perfectly positioned between the resort and marina, overlooking Catseye Bay.

Not only is Poinciana 008 the ideal private getaway spot, it’s fantastic value with so much to offer with spacious rooms and sensational views.

Picture yourself on the patio, relaxing with a drink while soaking up themagnificent views. There is a barbeque and a dining setting on the patio for outdoor entertaining.

The apartment is completely self-contained, air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is a modern open plan with microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Linen and bath towels are supplied, you will just need to bring your own beach towels.

The spacious lounge and dining area features a dining setting and a LCD TV (Austar), DVD player and stereo unit.

The master bedroom has the option of either a King size bed or can be split into two king singles, a wall mounted LCD TV (Austar), DVD player and vanity unit with mirror.The second bedroom has a Queen bed, LED TV (Austar) and wonderful views from its balcony.

We’ll make sure you’re holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, we’ll provide you with the full use of a complimentary buggy during your stay.

There’s plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including *water-sports and the kids *Clownfish Club. As well as enjoying all of the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of the private Poinciana Lodge private swimming pool, with spa and BBQ.

Visit the centre of Hamilton Island if you’d like to visit the many retail outlets or check out the dozens of activities available through tour operators. If you want to dine out, there are more than ten restaurants or takeaway outlets, not to mention child-minding and baby-sitting services available. If ‘eating-in’ is your thing, shop for groceries at the local supermarket and bakery or online with IGA.

Most credit cards are accepted on the island and there’s an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the island - EFTPOS facilities are available.

    Accommodation was clean, great location, excellent golf buggy valet and the best pool in the island. The kitchen doors and dishwasher need repairs and the light globes and fittings were unacceptable. Still presents good value for money once the vendor/agent get their act together.

    This unit really needs a tidy up. Disappointed the furniture is arranged so you cannot see water view when sitting on the lounge (photos here must be old ones) There is no where to hang clothes due to wardrobe being stacked to the rafters with the owners stuff. Bathroom very old and needs renewing if wanting to stay competitive with other units on Hamilton Island. I would not stay here again. However it was clean.

    Our stay in this apartment was just perfect. The apartment was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more inclusions. Immaculate and clean with the most stunning view. The rooms are a great size and as a family with 2 young children it was just what we were looking for. The apartment is in a great location close enough to walk for dinner in either direction and the buggy was great for trips to the pool during the day or sunset at one tree hill. If we decide to visit Hamilton island again I will definitely look at staying here again. So sad to leave.
