Playa Lechi Residence #10

Beautiful apartment but basic amenities lacking. No toilet paper upon arrival; 4 rolls delivered late next day by rental corp (ran out and had to buy more our last day). No dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags; originally told by rental company that owners would not supply…. after purchasing our own (I was not happy), rental company showed up with above. I am really uncertain if this was owners choice; or lack of service upon the rental association?! I hope owners get to see this and not just rental assn. I would also suggest more pillows for beds; not a dealbreaker, but 2 pillows per bed not ideal for 60 year olds. I knew this ahead of time so can’t complain, but with air conditioning only in bedrooms it was unbearable in kitchen and main living area…that said, owners did provide a nice big fan. The wind also died down while there and was also a factor. That being said, apartment was lovely (just like pictures), and in a perfect area for walking to many restaurants.

Great location, clean unit, great views. Had an issue with refrigerator. Turned out to be a bad plug which was replaced very shortly after contacting management. Very attentive to any needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs. Centrally located to all the snorkeling spots and an easy walk into town. The streamlined no-nonsense kitchen area was inspiring and easy to work with. There is a book area with up-to-date publications on the local flora and fauna which was greatly appreaciated. The views did not disappoint! They included harbor life, a double rainbow, a host of birds including two varieties of hummingbirds (up-close and personal), the magnificent frigatebird, and a daily songbird serenade. A lovely spot on a lovely island.

This property is extremely well kept. Fresh, comfortable decor, well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean. During our 16 day stay, cleaning staff showed up twice to clean and change the linens. The owners take great care of their unit. Wonderful view of the waterfront harbour and downtown Kralendijk. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Pool is warm, good snorkeling in certain spots out front. Outdoor space could use a little spiffing up around the pool, but a minor thing. Sunbelt is a good property manager overall. While we found communicating with one individual frustrating, the rest of the staff were stellar - responsive, efficient and happy to help. Highly recommend this unit for those who want to be downtown.

Fabulous, well appointed and spotlessly clean apartment. Lovely shared pool area in a small and quiet complex. The location is perfect - only a 10 minute stroll along the seafront into Kralendijk and its many bars and restaurants but far enough out to be a lovely quiet location. Beautiful sea view from the spacious balcony. Fantastic customer service from the agents. Would highly recommend .
