Incredible location. We used the beach chairs every day; really good to have these at the flat, Balcony pretty small, but the close proximity of the sea made up for that. Amazing views from each window; even a sea view from the front. The street was quite noisy first thing in the morning as deliveries were made to the hotel. There is no door on the main bedroom so would make it awkward unless sharing with family members. All in all, a very relaxing place to stay and would recommend.

What a little gem of a place. Ideal location just off the pinewalk and 2 mins to a little sandy beach near Il Dor Hotel. Apartment catered for everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean lovely beds and well equipped kitchen. We were two couples in our 60's but would suit a family of 4. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located at the quiet end of the Pine Walk and is light, airy and well equipped. 15 minutes scenic stroll along the Pine Walk to the main centre of bars and restaurants but there's a Spar shop and nice bar nearby (The Store). We enjoyed breakfasts on the front balcony with the sea view and the opportunity to use the pool at the Laguna bar below, not to mention a birthday meal on the beautiful front line terrace of the Illa d'Or hotel nearby. Would be happy to return.

Had a good stay. Great location close to Pine Walk with a view of the sea from the balcony. Really close to Hotel Illa d’Or for pre-dinner drinks & The Store is great for breakfast. Ideal for what we needed the accommodation for.

This two bedroom apartment was perfect for us in a location that we like and know well. The property was spacious enough for three or four people and also had sunny balcony that even had a sea view. A couple of minutes to the end of the Pine Walk and all the delights of Port de Pollenca. Highly recommended!

The property was as advertised - well positioned with great views into the hills. The living area and bedroom were good sizes. The kitchen was small and the fridge disappointing given the climate and that the apartment is listed for 4 people. Equally the balconies were narrow and small. The bathroom was adequate. However, for 2 people the spaces were sufficient. Easy walk into town, great base for walking and exploring the beautiful part of the island. Carmen was welcoming and helpful.

Melanie’s apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely large bed and soft pillows. We were grateful for the heating as it can be quite chilly in January in P.P. The location is great, very close to the beach and although it was quiet during our stay in winter with a 15 - 20 minute walk to nearest restaurants and bars, later in the year there would be plenty of choice much closer. Useful having the two balconies giving a choice of sun or shade with lovely views of the mountains from the back. Melanie was a very helpful host and responded to queries promptly. Would definitely return.

A few minutes walk from the pine walk, then another few minutes along the pine walk to the first beach. Very close to Store which is great for drinks and also has a very handy spar next door. We really appreciated the foldable deckchairs that we could borrow for the beach, no need to hire them! Good sized apartment with everything you need, great for families of 4! Loved it, would recommend!

Really nice , clean apartment set just back from the pine walk. Well equipped with great views from all windows. Plenty of room for the 4 of us as the living space was a good size.

We were very impressed with the apartment, although the photos of it looked good we thought it was better! The location was perfect it was comfortable and had everything thing we needed. We will certainly be recommending to family and friends.

We had a nostalgic trip back to Puerto Pollensa we first started visiting the area 40 years ago. It is a super location and the apartment is lovely very spacious and well maintained. The owner and the local contact are amazing and you could not ask for better communication and assistance from day 1. Definately recommended and the use of the pool is an added bonus as long as you spend a minimun 5 euros each the sun loungers are free all day.

Really great stay at Melanie’s apartment. It was clean, modern, light and spacious. It had everything you needed. Beds were comfy and the balconies were fabulous. Best area of Puerto Pollença too. Would definitely come back!

Stayed for 10 days & everything was at hand, 10 minutes walk to the heart of the square where you find everything you need

Only issue was with bedrooms. Small bedroom with 2 single beds had poor mattresses. Double bedroom one ok but this bedroom has no door just a curtain entrance. Overall the rest was good - good shower. Good quiet location with balconies. Close to the beach and lovely illa d’Or hotel.
