Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

Late check-out must be pre-approved and may incur charges.
Unapproved late check-out: $110 per hour

• Contactless check-in via key safe
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox on departure
• Failure to return keys may result in access and replacement fees

Cooking:
• Cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g. curries) will incur a $450 deep cleaning fee due to odor removal requirements.

Pets:
• This property is not pet-friendly.

⚠️ Unavailability:
If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage):
• You will be notified immediately
• Alternative accommodation will be arranged where possible
• If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

• Breaches will result in immediate eviction without refund
• Additional cleaning/repair charges may apply
• No disturbance to neighbors at any time

Longer stays:

• 14+ nights: Mandatory housekeeping service (additional fee)
• Failure to comply may result in termination without refund.

• You are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakages
• Report issues immediately

Occupancy:
• Must not exceed booked or maximum capacity

Call-outs:
• Lockouts/lost keys: $100 fee + replacement cost

Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.

Departure Requirements:
Before leaving, please:
• Remove all food from the fridge
• Place rubbish in the correct bins
• Wash and put away dishes
• Empty dishwasher
• Clean BBQ after use ($100 fee if not cleaned)
Excess rubbish must be removed—fees apply if bins overflow.

Property Care:
• Leave the property clean and tidy
• Return furniture to original position
• Extra cleaning fees may apply if required

Additional Rules:

Allow reasonable access for repairs/maintenance if required

    We loved our long weekend at this apartment. Everything was perfect - the location, the size of the apartment, the proximity to great restaurants, walks and activities in Geelong. The check in was easy and we were very close to all the places we wanted to visit. Happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a Geelong escape.
