Stayed Nov 8, 2024Apartment is in good location within a few minutes walk of Hastings Street. It is spacious and well furnished. Upstairs balcony had not been cleaned and covered in large spiders. While there major maintenance to the roof with extreme noise. They should have not taken our booking or offered alternative accommodation. Agents response was basically to shrug their shoulders and say it wasn’t their fault. However it wasn’t ours either. Asked for a discount but no reply. It says it all about their attitude towards guests so be warned.
