Stayed Mar 1, 2026Location location location! You’ll be hard pressed to find a better location than this! It is quite small, but you don’t go to Seaside to sit in your room. I think I had a bit of a mild allergic reaction to something in the apartment. Could have just been dust or light mold. I am super sensitive. The shower in the bedroom was quite unexpected, along with the sliding glass doors going into the bedroom/bathroom. There are no locks in the windows, but the sliding glass doors did lock. So if you’re paranoid about safety, like I am, you’re secure in the bedroom at night. I was slightly disappointed the a/c would go below 70*. The fans helped move the air. Overall I would definitely recommend! The host was great!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025This was our 1st visit to Seaside, and we will be back. This was a perfect spot to be in the middle of all things Seaside yet we never heard a peep once inside the door. Paris-style apartment is a perfect description for this condo but certainly enough room for our shorter getaway. Questions & communication with the owner was very helpful.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025The place was perfectly located to access restaurants and shops but enough off the beaten path not to be crowded. The roof top space was wonderful and well appointed with a view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive and onsite often.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Ms Bert was very accommodating, our parking pass that we bought was not ready when we got there and she offered her personal parking spot for a brief time so we did not have to pay for parking until it was available. The Rental was perfect for a couple, very cozy and just a few steps from Seaside City Center.... We will be back and stay here again.. 5 Stars
