Stayed Aug 15, 2025Personally, I lacked an iron, washing machine and a place to dry laundry. could have brought less clothes. But this is compensated by a fairly convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is completely as described, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, great short term accommodation for a small family. Thank you for your hospitality

Stayed Jul 15, 2025The property was in good condition, older building and 4 sets of stairs could be challenging after a long day of sightseeing and walking a lot. The beddings and towels were beautiful and white as can be (older materials) Communication with the host was very good and she responded quickly toOur questions prior to our arrival. There was an issue with what appeared to be a leak of water from the refrigerator t started the second day of our 6 day stay. I reported as soon as we saw it and could not figure out why it was happening. The issue could have resolved sooner, but there were some miscommunication between the host and us. Other than that, a good place to stay in Vila Nova de Gaia.
