Great place for me and my wife, felt safe, easy walk to the beach and great atmosphere.

This cozy little getaway was perfect for me, my husband and our sweet 12 year old lab mix for her last beach trip. Great location to the beach and was the perfect calm & quiet atmosphere we needed for her. We Will definitely be staying again soon, the host was amazing with communication and the room was exactly as pictured and described.

We enjoyed our short stay. Great location near the beach and pier. Coffee and Ice Cream shop and other local shopping is very close. Nice, simple, and clean.

This property is so convenient to the ocean lovers. You have great parking, a pool...walk to end of property, cross the road and you have ocean access. For the pet owner, lots of grasssy areas plus nice neighborhood to walk your pet. The host is very nice and strives to meet your needs.

My wife and I booked this stay 4 months in advance, looking forward to a stay after the crowds of summer had gone. Our stay was during Labor Day week and we were not disappointed. We could see the ocean from our 2nd floor room and walk to the water's edge in maybe 3-4 minutes. There are a few nice, neighborhood stores in easy walking distance that cater to most needs and offer basic dining and the shopkeepers are really friendly. Met several people in the neighborhood and they were friendly as well. The unit accepts pets, but you'll need to bring supplies and equipment for your pet. There's a good supply of dishes and silverware that will need to be handwashed as you use them since there isn't a dishwasher, but unless you're doing some serious cooking, it only takes a few minutes anyway. The days were in the mid-80s and the AC unit was able to keep the room comfortable and easy to operate. The ceiling fan also helped with comfort levels. The love seat was a nice size for the two of us to sit on and watch TV, though we really didn't watch it much. The queen size Sealy bed mattress was comfortable and pleasantly firm, but not too firm. If you are looking for the offerings of a more commercialized area, Ocean Isle is only about 10-15 minutes away. We liked that option because Sunset Beach was nice and quiet. Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

We rented the property at the last minute when travel plans changed. Worked well for our needs.

Perfect for the two of us and our pet for a few day stay. Easy access and directions. Would recommend!

Great place to bring a pet

Nice pool, nice little room that was clean. Tv service was in and out but your at the beach. Got look shells LoL

Great communication with host. A few blocks from the beach. Clean. Recommendations to host. Maybe pull bed from wall and put 2 small night tables on both sides of bed to make it easier to get to right side of bed. Also consider black out curtains. Had a wonderful time!
