Very clean and modern. Easy access to the beach.
We loved the adorable, clean beautiful studio apt. Beautiful pool area with gorgeous plants. Would recommend.
Place was very quiet and clean! Right across from the beach and very close to lots of restaurants. Great location and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.
We loved this little place. It was perfect for two people. (wouldn't have any more than two). It had everything you needed, nothing you didn't. the location was PERFECT! A safe block walk to the beach and Speedway for snacks. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants but did take an Uber to John's Pass. Will definitely be coming back.
Quaint and convenient tiny apartment right near the public beach, restaurants and loads of shopping! Perfect for a getaway and had everything I needed for a wonderful relaxing escape.
This studio unit was near our family members and fit our needs. We did not spend much time at the unit, but it was convenient and the public beach was across the street.
This unit was a short walk to the beach. There were also several good restaurants within walking distance. I agree with the person who said this unit wasn't big enough for 3, but it was good for 2.
This was a perfect location to walk to the beach as well as restaurants. There is also a gas station nearby. The owners were great and we were even able to check in two hours early. I wouldn’t recommend more than two people as it is a smaller place. Definitely would stay here again!
Was perfect for a couple day!
Great little place, great location.
I received messages from the host about activities in the area that we do. Those messages came right on time.
It’s a really tranquil, quiet, & clean facility. Quiet Neighbors, which was great. Road our bikes everywhere, views & beach area are beautiful. All in walking or bike distance. Park your car & Goooo. The studio is great for 1 or 2 people, I would not recommend 3 adult. For 3 adults, rent out the larger facility they have. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY, in unit 1 or 2 just cuz I want to try out the front next time ?. The parking spaces are small for bigger cars, slightly tight, but you can get in & out. I didn’t like throwing trash out nor pulling sheets off bed, just because I paid for that service in my BNB rental fee, I think the cleaning crew should do that, not the guests. Maybe that rule could change by time I go back ?. Debby, property manager was Fabulous. Overall: it was fabulous & see ya soon.
Modern beach style just steps from the sand and water!!
First and foremost, we would recommend this rental. We're going to make some negative comments, but it was a very cute place and extremely convenient to the public beach (even very convenient to the controlled crosswalk). The decor was very cute and tastefully done. Now, the gotchas: When we arrived, the passcode that was sent to us to get in didn't work and it took 3 or 4 texts before the owner finally realized that the code didn't work. She assumed we were doing something wrong. Literally, one of her texts even told us how to lock it properly even though we were trying to get in for the first time. Then, as soon as we did get in, there was a pretty noticeable smell of cigarettes. Not overpowering, but definitely there. When we mentioned that to her, she said oh, that must be the neighbors. No, it was in the unit, and specifically, in the furniture. She brought us some Febreeze, and as long as we sprayed that every couple of days, it was fine. But it was in the bed cover, in the sofa, etc. This was not just from the neighbors. The courtyard was kind of nice, but since it's a shared courtyard, it wasn't always peaceful, especially when the guy across from us sat outside smoking. The place is tiny, and in particular, the bathroom is really, really small. We're not big people, and to be blunt, we could not sit on the toilet facing straight. The space was just too small. As a result, the toilet seat was very loose, since I'm sure every renter had to sit sideways. The parking area was perfect for 5 cars, but of course, it's painted for 6 spots. So when all spots are taken, you can't easily open your doors. We drive a small car, and on a few occasions, we had to unload things on the street and then park. Now...it's worth mentioning that we stayed 6 full days. That's probably too long for such a small unit. Thank goodness we had good weather so we weren't trapped inside. So overall: If you're not very large people, and if you're looking for a cute little place very near the beach for 2 or 3 days, we recommend this place. But if you're large/heavy, and drive a large vehicle, be prepared for some tight situations. If we were going back to the area for a short trip, we would probably consider this place again.
We loved this gem! Would highly recommend staying here. Right down the street from the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great communication
Great location, very clean and new, quiet at night, great TV and AC, kitchen with everything I needed, wonderful shower, and the bed was so comfortable! I spent two nights here by myself and it was a perfect solo getaway. Beach access is a very short walk away. Also a few great places to eat, a coffee shop and a convenience store all a short walk away. Debbie was a great communicator and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Highly recommend!
If I had to change one thing, I would add curtains for a little more privacy. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time!
