PET FRIENDLY--BAYVIEW--DOWNTOWN

My husband and I stayed here for the long weekend of the Country Calling 2025 festival. The condo was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, easy self check in, parking pass was left as promised, and the unit was well appointed with comfortable furnishings, nice beachy decor and a good amount of utensils and cookware. The location was excellent- easily walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions, as well as the inlet area for the festival. Very quiet despite being located right in the heart of the busy downtown area. Good view of the bay and the parks across the street right from the front porch. Mitchell's Market right on the corner of 4th and Philadelphia has an excellent selection of grocery, snack and drink items, paper products, cleaning products and toiletries as well as delicious, hot and fresh breakfast and lunch options. This place is perfect for two adults, although two adults and two children could make it work. Four adults might feel a bit cramped, but it would be manageable- especially for budget conscious travelers. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

This property was pretty much exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The dog park located directly across the street was an added bonus.

We love everything about the Blue Lagoon! The location is perfect, the park is awesome. You can park your car and walk to so many awesome Downtown spots. Free fishing on the bay, the front porch might be my favorite and also 5 min walk to Dunkin on the boards (in-season)

Couldn’t have asked for a better rental. 10/10 would recommend!

It was clean, accessible to a market right down the street, and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk! 10/10 stay!!

Everything was awesome and exactly as pictured. No complaints at all. The place was great and the owners were nice. Unfortunately, we had terrible weather for the trip, so we didn’t get to use the pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. The location was awesome. Parking was ok. We were lucky enough to get street parking right in front of the building. We only used the car a few times during our stay but our spot was miraculously still open when we came back each time. We didn’t end up having to use the parking pass we were given to use one of the lots. Would happily stay here again.

Host had very good communication, and the place was clean when we arrived. The location was also really nice and the boardwalk was not too far.

The place was cute and perfect for us, especially bc we could bring our cat, plus affordable. There were a few minor things that weren’t the best though. I ended up mopping the floor myself because after only being there for an hour, my feet were black. Also we were told to bring all of these different supplies, like toiletries, dish soap, dish sponge, etc… we spent close to 200 at Walmart to get all of these things that we were told weren’t supplied for us, then we get to the house and everything was already there for us to use besides sheets.. so we spent all of that money on these supplies for nothing. But besides those few inconveniences, it was great.

Great time! nearby stores, and beach, big playground for kids across the street, very clean place. Host was very detailed and communicative

This is our 3rd visit. It's just a great place to stay. It's clean and cozy. The location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to so much. Our small dog has always enjoyed his walks around the block and now across the street to a wonderful new playground. Looking forward to our next stay. We will return...my favorite place.

We traveled with our dog for two nights at the end of March. The place is small, but very nicely laid out, furnished, and decorated. Both the living area and the bedroom were comfortable. The location was great, with a park across the street for our dog, easy access to the beach or restaurants, and a store on the corner.One small complaint: the unit is part of a larger building with very thin walls. We were woken up at 6am one morning by the neighbors just feet from our heads who were in their kitchen banging around and talking. We could make out nearly every word. The second morning was no problem.

As always we enjoy staying at this location. This was our 3rd year staying at the blue lagoon and have no complaints

Our stay was short but it was great! We came in for the run fest weekend and it had everything we needed. We would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here with our pup for Sunfest. So convenient to be able to walk to the inlet, but far enough away to not feel crowded. Great access to the park, bayside fishing pier, and the boardwalk.

Our trip was a small last minute trip to get some beach time in with my husband and our 11 year old daughter. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog! The dog park was right across the street. There was a park right across the street as well.

The place was excellent!! It was so clean and decorated so cute. Really made me feel I was at the beach.

Clean property, exactly as in the listing. Easy to follow instructions for the property and amenities. Walking distance to the boardwalk and numerous activities/shopping, and easy short drive to other nearby attractions!

We had a good time even though we had ants in kitchen and dining area. Needless to say we didn’t use the stove area the ants were on counters and stove. Ants were all over our dog’s food. Contacted the owner he bought ant spray and baits for us. I suffer from allergies especially were worst at night my husband discover under the bed lots of dust and animal hairs under bed. Overall I give them a 4 star rating.
