Stayed Jun 3, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off, the rental looks just like the pictures. I was given a code that let me enter the top and bottom rentals and seen there was a board that congratulated a graduate. Which I told them I was graduating and that’s why I was renting, but I then seen it was someone else’s name. I called to confirm and they told me I had to move downstairs and I couldn’t stay upstairs due to me possibly getting charged for both upstairs and downstair rentals. Downtowns was still nice, my hopes were just higher after seeing the upstairs. There was about a handful of bugs that appeared during the stay.

Reviewer Comments: Wife and 2 kids under 12 stayed and played out of this basement feel cottage. Air works great, plenty of room and everything you need. Rent the golf cart on the way in to town and you are set!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was as it was described. Very clean and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything we needed. Communication with rental company was very easy and respectful. Restaurants we really enjoyed were Treylor Park and Sting Rays. The food was excellent. We would recommend this rental and location to anyone.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023Desperately need new pillows. If you are going to restrict temps...then put in ceiling fans or provide a couple box fans. May a big comfy chair or live seat instead of the extra table. It would be nicer when renting just the bottom.

Stayed Sep 19, 2022Comfortable place. Felt very safe. So nice to have a washer and dryer and access to the outside bathroom. Only wish beach chairs and umbrella was provided for use. The rental place on the island was way overpriced.
