Stayed Dec 31, 1969From arrival the information supplied about the location was not informative at all with a screen shot of google earth. Luckily we know the area as my husband is from Lagos and we found it eventually if you are a tourist and have never been to Lagos you will have no idea where to go. There were a long list of issues we had, the apartment and all drawers, including kitchen cupboards smelt very musty so i assume this has been locked up over the winter. I refused to use the cupboard or drawer space as i did not want my clothes to smell. The bathroom has cables hanging from above the door, and mouldy grout in the shower. We could not use the shower properly as the hot water gets used up within 2 minutes, there were only 2 people staying here what would happen if there were 4! The area is far from quiet and is extremely noisy! You have to sleep with sliding doors, with no fly/bug doors to lock, wide open so the security is questionable. Luckily i took ear plugs with me and would not have been able to sleep without them! We had to chase for the towels to be changed and over the 10 night stay got changed on the 8th day before leaving, there are 4 portuguese tv channels so i wouldn't go as far to push it to say Television available. The only positives i can say is the apartment is large, has Wifi and is near Meia Praia if you want to walk there. I feel that no care has gone into this property with pictures half hanging off the walls and lightbulbs gone in most of the lights no care is given. No wonder you have to pay in full up front so they can't give you your money back.
