Perla Merimbula ~ Modern 2BR Beach Stay

Welcome to Perla — a top-floor coastal apartment just 150 metres from the beautiful Merimbula Main Beach.

Nestled in the highly sought-after Fishpen Peninsula, Perla is conveniently located just steps away from local attractions such as Ford Park and Mitchies Jetty, and a flat 15 minute walk around the lake to the town centre where you will find a multitude of local cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.

The entire unit has recently undergone a complete renovation, offering beautifully curated interiors and modern furnishings. With two well appointed bedrooms, Perla comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Step out onto the private balcony to relax amongst the palms while you listen to the ocean waves crashing nearby.

The spacious bathroom invites relaxation with a unique curved wet room and luxurious rain shower, complete with toiletries for your comfort.

The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and 4 burner induction stovetop. A shared gas BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking.

In the garage you'll find some beach essentials, including towels and a couple of beach chairs. The garage is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer should you need it during your stay.

There's an undercover garage available for parking of smaller vehicles, along with plenty of free on street parking available for guests.
