The IRINI holiday home complex is located in the south-east of the island, approx. 4.5 km from the charming village of Lefkimi and approx. 3 km south of the small harbour of Lefkimi, on a well-kept, huge garden plot with lawn, many Mediterranean flowers, plants and palm trees. The complex consists of 2 two-storey buildings, which are staggered one behind the other, and a single-storey building perpendicular to them. In the front building, which faces the sea, there are two adjoining studios on the ground floor. The flat on the upper floor is used as a holiday flat by the landlord couple. In the second row, directly behind the front building, there is another house with two flats on each floor. Approx. 60m perpendicular to the second house is another building with 3 adjoining holiday flats.
Approx. 60m away and 90m from the sea is the single-storey house with 2 studios and 1 adjoining holiday flat. The functional corner holiday flat Irini Apartment, with ground floor entrance, is located next to the Irini Studio 2. The Irini Apartment consists of 2 studios next to each other, each with its own living room entrance and a connecting door between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a small, open-plan kitchen area and a bathroom. The bedrooms have direct access to the front, covered terrace with garden views.

In the side part of the garden plot is the common BBQ area of the holiday home complex IRINI for the use of all guests.

The holiday flats of this pretty holiday home complex are particularly suitable for small groups, friendly couples and families with children. What awaits you here is tranquillity, seclusion, plenty of space to play, relax and swim, because the beach and the sea are right on your doorstep, the water is shallow and ideal for children. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat can be used free of charge by arrangement with the landlord. The extensive Bouka sandy beach, approx. 5 km away, with partly managed sunbathing area, a taverna and café offers unforgettable bathing fun for the whole family.

    Everything was great, a great place to relax, very nice owners. Away from the noise. Very warm water in the sea. Long access to deep water, about 50 meters of shallow sea with very warm water. Air conditioning additionally paid 3/euro per day.

    The place is beautiful, the garden and environment is amazing. The host is very kind, and nice, but with no English or other language knowledge. Negative: bedclothes were not changed during 8 nights. Towels also were changed after 6 days. No mosquito net, the night temperature was pleasant, but we had to use clima because of that. Small issues with the cleaning, in the kitchen, or bathroom, uncomfortable, but not insupportable. In our apartment wifi signal was very poor, we couldn't use internet. Unfortunately we will not go back next year, for the same amount we found nearby places with much higher services and comfort. Best regards, Melinda Balog

    War alles in Ordnung für den Preis hat man viel es hat alles gepasst es wurde immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und man hat Kanus und man kann grillen außerdem ist der Hausbesitzer sehr nett und hat uns sogar am ersten tag zum einkaufen mitgenommen . Wer jedoch nach Luxus sucht ist hier am falschen platz. Jedoch perfekt für junge Leute und Familien mit 2 Kindern

    Positiv: Grundstück direkt am Strand, sehr wenige Menschen! Warm, klar und geht flach ins Wasser mit Blick auf das bergige Festland. Jeden morgen kann man hier den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Einfach schön. Ruhige Gegend am Tag! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett ,und sehr bemüht, den Gästen den Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Haben gute Tipps und Anregungen bekommen! Negativ: Sauberkeit war nicht so toll! Nachts war es sehr laut durch andere Pensionen/Hotels. Teilweise wurde die ganze Nacht gefeiert. Laut ist auch noch der Verkehr von der in der Nähe liegende Straße zu Kavos (Partystadt)! Beim nächsten mal würden wir versuchen, eine Wohnung mit direktem Meerblick zu bekommen.
