This stunning re designed home is fresh from a make over. With brand new oversized furniture and everything you need to have a complete stay in the area.

The Loft style home features boho chic inspired furniture and art, also bringing in some of the natural elements from the area.
The home features a King appointed bedroom with lots of closet space on the interior side of the building courtyard.
3 PC bath with waterfall shower and slate tilings.
Granite counter tops in the pass through fully stocked kitchen dining space with its bar high chef block style table
Comfortable luxurious living space with one of the best sectional sofas out there!
The living space leads out onto the terrace where you can watch the world below and peek a boo to the ocean beyond the Romantic Zone.

Other things to Note:
The Pool is heated from Nov - April, outside those months the sun does a great job in heating it to a great temperature.
** The Loft 268 Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday during the day until 4pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the gym and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
Outside guests are allowed to visit between 10 am and 10 pm. Must register with the concierge. Building amenities accessible to registered guest.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.

    We absolutely loved the condo. The Loft 268 building has a friendly staff and an amazing rooftop pool. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Comfy furniture inside and on the balcony. The Samson Waters concierges were very nice and able to answer any questions we had as well as offer additional services. And you can't beat the location. Four blocks from the ocean, there are restaurants and shops just s few steps from the front entrance of the building. Everything in the area is walkable and taxis are frequent if you want to explore outside of the Zone Romantica. We will definitely be back!

    Condo is literally perfect in every way for the solo or couple traveling to Puerto Vallarta. Condo is even better than what the pictures present. The Management Company was very Responsive and communicative. Building is pristine and the roof top area was great. I would stay here again easily.
