Stayed Dec 31, 2025My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. The place is cozy and quaint. The host lives on the property. Our stay still felt private. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. We plan to stay again on our next trip to Rome.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Wonderful alternative to staying in one of the local motels. We spent all our time with family living in the area and only needed this as a place to sleep. We woke up to deer grazing right outside our bedroom window both mornings! Ronnie is very nice and let us know everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The property is easy to find and close to everything! We were in town for an event at the forum and this vrbo was super close to where we needed to stay. It was very quiet and we loved being able to see the deer when we were coming and going from the property. We are planning on staying here next time we are in Rome, GA!

The neighborhood is exquisite with lots of grazing deer--great for taking an after-dinner walk--very quiet and safe. The apartment is cozy with everything you need for a short or long visit. Ronnie is great host, and he provides an immaculate landscape to enjoy.
