You will enter in through the main door of our home through a smart lock, enter your unit from the foyer with a smart lock, and then the one bedroom, one bathroom unit will be all yours! We also have other units in our building available for rent, or you could rent all three! Reach out for more info.

We may be able to provide our parking spot to you during your stay for a daily fee. It depends on the availability! There are also a few parking decks in walking distance.


This unit requires stairs. We also have a two bedroom unit in the building, reach out to us if you are interested in hearing more. There is also the option to rent both units at the same time.

    This building is a perfect 5 minute walk to my daughter's home, so very convenient. Plus, 5 minutes in the opposite direction is a fabulous organic market to every grocery I could want or need. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

    This apartment is in a great location, has great light, is nicely decorated, and has a convenient parking space in the rear of the building (for an additional charge, but well worth the cost!).
