Stayed Jun 9, 2024The apartment was wonderful. Nicely decorated and enough space. The same for the terrace, with lots of flowers and the possibility to be in the sun or shade. Lucia gave us lots of tips what to do and where to eat and informed if everything was ok. We had a very good time in San Benedetto!

Stayed Oct 8, 2022This was one of our favorite apartments, the views, the terrace, wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store was right next door. We would recommend 21Gram restaurant for pizza. Everything about the apartment was ideal, very clean, our host Lucia explained everything, we enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Highly recommend the rental.

Stayed Aug 22, 2018We stayed here for 3 weeks in Aug/Sept. The apt is lovely with nice furnishings and decor. The terrace is spectacular with a view out over the town. The location is perfect. It is on quiet street but next to a store where you can find everything you need. The store also has a rotating menu of prepared food to bring back and heat up in the microwave or on the stove. The prepared food from the store is really good and we did that half of the time.There are several cafes within a few blocks and we found them all to have excellent coffee and pastries. It is a short 2 block walk to the pedestrian corridor and the same to the center of town. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The apt comes with 2 bikes which we used everyday to go up and down the coast, get around town and just to explore. The wifi functions perfectly. There is a washing machine and iron. Lucia is a very helpful host and gave us good tips prior to our stay, she checked in with us during our stay and also gave us a lift to and from the bus during arrival and departure. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip..thank you Lucia and Lucio!

Stayed Mar 30, 2018This unit was perfect for a touring couple. Owner was very helpful particularily when dealing with parking issues. Unit was comfortable,immaculate condition and well equipped.
