10 minutes from Marbella, near the village of Benahavis, the port of Puerto Banus and 4 km from the nearest beach, the apartment is in the heart of the private domain of the 'Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club.' This area guarded day and night, is composed of several residential apartments and private houses, winding around the course in a lush environment, well maintained and very quiet.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small residence, El Lago ',very close to the club house (7 min walk). For your pleasure, the south-facing lounge terrace offers magnificent views of the golf course (holes 16 and 17) on one of the pools of the residence and the mountains surrounding the area .From solarium on the roof You can enjoy a sea view.
The accommodation comprises 6 beds, its surface is approximately 100m and includes:
• a bedroom (double bed) with its own bathroom and fitted wardrobes and overlooking a small private balcony;
• double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, overlooking the terrace;
• one bedroom with two single beds with wardrobes;
• a second bathroom;
• a large living room, dining room (with TV) overlooking a terrace of 20 sqm;
• a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, ...)
• a back kitchen where air conditioning is located (the apartment is fully air-conditioned), a washing machine and dryer;
• terrace with table, chairs and barbecue;
• solarium 50 m² has several sunbathing chairs with cushions and a parasol. Water and electricity are available on the Sun;
• whole apartment has its own free WiFi.

El Lago is a residence (electric gate, code and intercom for pedestrian access), a parking space is allocated to the apartment within the residence.

The residence offers two swimming pools. At the clubhouse, in addition to the golf course and the driving range, you will find a bar and a lively restaurant, tennis and paddle courts, squash courts, a gym and a sauna.
In a very small area (5 km), there are several other golf courses (El Higueral, Marbella Golf Club, La Quinta ....)
The beaches are a few kilometers, they are many and varied, always showers and 'chiringuitos' to nibble.
A significant number of places to visit in Andalucia are easily accessible from the area picturesque villages such as Estepona, Ronda and Mijas, Marbella old town, very popular port of Puerto Banus, Malaga and Granada and Cordoba away.
San Pedro is only a few kilometers, pedestrian streets and the market worth a visit.
