Stayed Oct 9, 2021The property was acceptably clean. The manager was very helpful with any of our needs. Our family had a great trip. Thank you We were disappointed that there was not a view of the bay from our site, but the walk was short to the park and bay area. The floors were a little sandy feeling upon arrival. There was a steady streaming leak in the main bathroom all week. They were waiting for a part. Most items were available in the kitchen. There was a not any kettles for the stove though. There was one small casserole dish. It would be nice to have a few more chairs at the tables. There were a total of 6 chairs for eating at tables when the condo holds 10. It would also be nice to have more than one key for each apartment.

Stayed Jul 2, 2021Had a group of 7 visiting fairhope for the 4th of July weekend. This house was very spacious for all of us and it was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the park/beach/pier and very close to downtown. No complaints! Thanks for the wonderful weekend!

Stayed Apr 30, 2021Our stay was everything we had hoped for in a short-term rental. Property was clean and easy to access—within walking distance of downtown Fairhope. Property manager was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely rent this property again!

Stayed Apr 9, 2021Clean and welcoming. Three minute walk to beach and pier. Also close to some great seafood shops. You'll have a good time.
