Glad we stayed in this apartment for our trip to Vienna! Paul the host contacted us right away when I booked with instructions on how to check-in and offered to let us drop our bags early at the apartment if the housekeeper wasn’t done cleaning when we arrived much earlier than check-in time. He stayed in touch via WhatsApp the day we arrived to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street with busy streets a 1-2 min walk either way, making it easy to catch an uber or taxi. There is a grocery store in walking distance and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch, including spices and some dry goods in the cabinet and a dish washer. We were there in Dec and the heat and hot water worked well. (The shower is a little slick with a step up so be careful if you have balance issues!) The beds are comfortable and it was quiet at night. We didn’t use the washing machine but did try to use the dryer; it couldn’t get it to blow hot air on any of the settings but it was still helpful to fluff our towels. The apartment is 2 stories up but has a lift: one of the keys you get when you check in allows you to use the lift. The location is great- walking distance or a quick ride to all the major things you want to see. Highly recommend Paul’s apartment!

The location was excellent and within short walking distance of bus lines. Paul was very responsive and offered us extra help. The unit is clean and quite large compared to most places we stayed. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood but still within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shops. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was a lovely spot in a great area, easy walking to many interesting spots and close to transit. I went to the pool daily that was a short walk away and great facilities. The apt itself was well supplied and had the basics of salt pepper a few coffee pods to get you started. Grocery around the corner and many nice cafes close by. Washer and dryer, small tv, kids toys if you need. Very quiet at night and felt safe. The interior of the building halls is getting work done (painting) but besides a bit of dust it is not an issue at all. Would definitely stay again.

I chose this property primarily for its location and it lived up to my expectations. It is in an extremely quiet location (except for maybe a siren in the distance) and we were able to walk everywhere to all of Vienna’s attractions (except for Schonbrunn Palace). There are grocery stores, cafes, and bakeries within easy walking distance. There is a small elevator to take up your larger bags. The place was quite large, the kitchen was efficient and you could let in as much light as you did or didn’t want. The laundry was useful at the end of our stay. The host was friendly and quick to respond and easy to get in touch with when we had last minute changes.

This is a very nice apartment. Clean and well decorated. Beds are comfortable and it has everything you need from making morning coffee to fixing a simple meal.Location is wonderful. close to transportation , shops and restaurants. Host is very accommodating and excellent communicator.We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place! It’s in a super convenient location with a bus stop nearby, which made it easy to get around the city, but still in a quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and relaxing. The apartment had everything we needed, and Paul was very communicative and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Vienna.

The apartment is located in a (rare) quiet pedestrian zone close to everything in the city. The rooms are spacious and functional, and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. The host is super responsive and friendly. We would love to stay there again and can highly recommend this if you are looking for a functional, no-frills home away from home. A surprise bonus: the home is next door to a building that was graced with Mozart overnight while he was on his way to Prague:). It's worthwhile to read all the plaques on the buildings in Vienna.

Clean, well equipped apartment in a great,quiet location. The city centre is within walkable distance and there are also good public transport links nearby. The communication with Paul was excellent and he contacted us on arrival and during our stay to see if we needed anything.I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Vienna.

We had a grand time in Vienna with our stay here. Paul was very responsive when an internet problem arose and, without us even asking, offered a late checkout. The apartment is located only a few blocks from the Spitalgasse Christmas market, and only a little farther from the Museumsquartier. Everything in the downtown historic area is quite walkable.

We enjoyed the central location of the apartment, was clean and easy to contact the host.

Everything as described. Just a few meters to public transport but also easy to get around walking. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Paul's place!

Perfect location! Paul couldn’t have been a better host. Responded quickly to any inquiries and followed up to make sure we were happy. Walking distance to transit, shopping and Viennese cultural institutions.
