    Very convenient location to campus. Felt very safe. Make sure you have the parking pass displayed securely atop dash. Company towed my vehicle bc pass slid off dash. Even after I showed him it was in there, he charged me 220 to put it back in garage.

    Right in the heart of West Campus. Easy walking to football games and campus. Management was quick and responsive. On our end, but don't forget to put your parking pass in the car or you will be towed. It was noted at the bottom of the instructions, just an FYI.

    Mostly good, battery in TV remote was not working Saturday night, daughters were concerned about stains in tubs, otherwise great place to stay location, reliving old college years, going to volley ball and Football game. parking was great.

    Came to Austin for a concert and stayed here for two nights. Felt very safe and was very comfortable sleeping here. Awesome balcony view! Super easy check in and check out process. Very well maintained as well. Perfect location and parking garage was a huge plus.

    We had a great stay at this condo. It's in a perfect location for going to a football game and walking around campus. Close to a great little convenience store (Orange Market) and well stocked for a weekend stay. The communication with the management company/property owner was amazing - they are very responsive and helpful. The unit is on the top floor and I will say there is a VERY loud humming noise that comes into the 2nd bedroom/bathroom (presumably from the AC units on the roof). They do provide white noise machines (and when we were there in October, the units did not run at night so it didn't disrupt sleep). The bunk bed in the loft is pretty squeaky, so not good for light sleepers. We would totally stay here again.

    The apartment was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Clean sheets, towels, and dishes. The owner is extremely quick to respond and the check in process was a breeze. Would love to stay at any of their locations in the future!

    The place was perfect for our graduation hub. While the outside of the building and the internal areas are a little tired, the apartment was clean and the communication, attention and helpfulness was all top notch. The location is perfect for campus activities.
