Peaceful Treetop Living 10 min. to downtown/ stadium, large deck, pet friendly

Great location!

Very nice place, private deck was a plus. The drive off the main road is a little rough but you just have to stay off to the right side and go slow. Coming back out onto the main road is also a little tricky with the angle but traffic is pretty light on this stretch of road. Will definitely stay here again.

Spotted 3 stinkbugs in the first night of staying there. Vague scent of cigarettes in certain parts of the property. Other than that, a perfectly fine stay with comfy beds and a nice tv.

Host was welcoming. Should let people coming with pets know there is no yard.

Clean, well air conditioned, but you get what you paid for….Issues: flooring sags throughout middle of the unit. outside steps are uneven—-this is a second story apartment. Air space between floor and main entrance door. Stove switches on gas range easily turns on. All louver doors are falling off hinges and some missing handles.Positives: quiet area, good size washer dryer unit, refrigerator (bag of ice provided). Living area very cozy…Location-when is submitted request, the map showed it located in Avalon. It is actually in Reserve Twp. Across from a cemetery, and is the best place to walk your pet. Backyard is wooded, and a little cluttered. Driveway begins on a blind entrance to the road.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was like a little home away from home for the week. A heads up about the raccoons would've been appreciated, as we had a mishap one night with them in our trash, but other then that, our stay was great.

The unit was clean, met our housing needs and was affordable. It is situated in a nice tree lined setting. The major concern that I had is there are holes in the floor boards that are covered by carpet. From my perspective , this is a safety concern. The driveway is difficult to find and not marked very well. It is also dirt and gravel which may cause concerns for some guests.

Nice place with a driveway that cannot safely support a car due to out pot holes and uneven drive way. Smelled a little danky / skunky if you know what I mean.

It was sufficient for what we needed.

No frills apartment with plenty of space for 2-3 people. Deck has a nice view of the trees. Not much of a yard to walk your dogs but the cemetery across the street was nice for walks. Driveway was hard to get into and out of. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels. A few spots in the floor were a little soft when stepped on. But overall a pleasant stay.

Peaceful treetop living is exactly what we experienced here! Gregory was responsive and we had everything we needed to relax. We’ll be back ;)

This house is difficult to get to via a hidden, narrow, muddy drive. Needless to say, my car was filthy afterwards. The house was not clean. The floor sagged in several places. The TV didn’t work and there was no volume control if it did work. The back deck overlooked a yard filled with garbage. The one positive thing is that it was at least quiet.

It was the perfect place for us and our doggy!

Door was unlocked upon arrival. Door would not lock with access code. Dead bugs on the floor/ceiling. We ended up leaving and did not stay.

My girlfriend and i enjoyed our stay in this quaint, surprisingly secluded rental. I thoroughly enjoyed how it reminded me of a hunting camp. Id love to return in the summer and enjoy the deck!!! I would definately book this again.

Came here for Pitt family weekend. Greg sent directions with pictures prior to arrival because the driveway is a bit hidden and a challenge but his specific directions made it a breeze. This was a perfect place for us for the weekend. Beautiful fall views of the mountains! 20 minutes from campus and it was a perfect stay. Will stay here again!

Parking was a bit interesting but mountain towns are mountain towns. Property was close to pretty much everything we wanted to explore while in Pittsburgh. communication was great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Gregory!

Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and we relaxed for the 2 days we stayed. Thank you for allowing us to come in a little early from our airport hotel room.

We were very pleased with this accommodation. 10 minutes from downtown, private and comfortable. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out into a small valley filled with trees while sipping morning coffee. We would definitely rent this again.

Gregory was an amazing host and his directions were spot on! The place was clean and actually larger than I expected. It was my partner and I and our two dogs. We enjoyed our short stay and if we are ever in the area again we will book with him!!

Cute little place just outside of the city. Perfect for a short family trip.

Very nice woodsy spot! Quiet and kept nice. The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way but otherwise a great place to be out of the busyness of the city.
