This apartment has amazing panoramic views of the Chugach mountain range. It’s a quiet location on a peaceful woodsy lot, yet conveniently five minutes from the center of Wasilla with quick access to restaurants, shopping centers and highway access.
In the two bedrooms are a queen and single bed, therefore, most comfortably suited for three guests but could accommodate a fourth on the couch or air mattress on request.

Stayed Aug 3, 2021The property was very clean and in a great location, easy to get to everything you need! The owners were wonderful and never bothered us, but were there if we needed anything! Great views! Even their young child who came out to tend to their chickens in the mornings and evenings was a sweetheart. (We also had a great time watching their beautiful chickens lol.) The neighbors were some sort of dog trainers and you can watch out the window as they train these beautiful dogs which was kind of a cool added bonus. Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and plenty of food was within a mile or so from the house which was a huge bonus! 10/10 would stay here again and 100% would recommend to anyone staying in this area! Brandy was a fantastic host and this property was a great find! So happy we stayed here!

Stayed Jun 3, 2021Excellent location, very clean and well equipped apartment rental. Great having a washer and dryer along with all the essentials that you need for a household. Wish there would have been a memory foam mattress instead of a soft conventional mattress/springs.Brandy was a great host! Also very private and quiet there, a family atmosphere. Would rent again!

Stayed Apr 26, 2018This place was great! It had everything one needs to cook a nice meal and then sit down to relax and enjoy it. It was very clean and well stocked. I recommend checking out what is in the cabinets before you make your way to a grocery store. Thank you Brandy - Everything was perfect.
