Description

Enjoy peace and tranquillity in a charming 3 star gîte on the edge of a friendly village. A 5 minute walk will take you to the centre of the village where commerce includes a boulangerie, boucherie/traiteur, mini supermarket, Post Office and 2 bar/restaurants.

A lively market on a Tuesday and a night market on selected Fridays during the summer.

The gîte is self contained and is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a small family There is one large bedroom with a double and 1 single bed,a 1m20 wide sofabed in the lounge. In addition, a small single bed can be added to the bedroom or the lounge if requested in advance.
There is a large shower room with toilet -6 please note this is accessed through the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and can comfortably seat 4 / 5.
The Lounge has french TV and a DVD player, Newly installed fibre optic gives a wifi speed of between 25 and 50 mbps, so adequate for multiple streaming.
There is seating in the garden in front of the gîte where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the sun.
All the gardens are open to explore and enjoy, find a quiet place to sit or relax in a hammock.
During the summer season, there may be the opportunity to sample the freshly grown fruits and vegetables, if available.
Guests have access to the swimming pool and shaded BBQ area, and there is also a barn which can be used to play ping-pong, table football and darts.

We have 2 labradors and welcome animals,the large field is fully fenced and can be used to exercise and play with your dogs.

There is plenty of room for parking on the drive next to the gîte.

We appreciated the lodgings and the host. As wel the lovely dogs. Everything was fine. The weahter is not somehting the host can change so we didn't enjoyed the pool. We spent a lovely week in Vasles. Thansk Nicky and Paul.

We spent a wonderful stay at Nikki and Paul accomodation. Nikki was very welcoming when arriving. The house is very clean and well placed. We enjoyed swimming pool as well as the huge garden. We definitely recommend

Although we only stayed for a night I couldn't have had a better impression of Nikki and her house. The flat itself was beautiful, incredibly clean, and beautifully furnished. The outside space is enormous, and so thoughtfully laid-out. It is very dog friendly. The village is everything you imagine a French village to be. The best thing about this listing is Nikki, she is so friendly and helpful. From advising on where to eat in the village, to advising on the best way to deal with an upset tummy, Nikki is the perfect host. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Gite. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Bar and shops in walking distance up the road. Lovely pool, garden and BBQ area. The Gite stayed wonderfully cool during a heat wave. Owners went above and beyond to help us.
