*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, water and electricity are charged separately;

**A security deposit of R$500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the gate/property;

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
