Renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, located on the 6th floor in the superb Parque Marbella building, in the heart of Marbella, 200m from the beach, south-east facing with partial sea views.

Located just behind the Constitution Park (Parque de La Constitución), so access to the beach is only a 1-minute walk. The orientation of the property is south-east, very sunny, and with a huge terrace, throughout the house, so that all the bedrooms have natural light.

This apartment comprises; lift access, an entrance hall, a lounge/dining room with access to the terrace, fully fitted American kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Second bedroom with two single beds, separate bathroom with shower.

There is terrace access from the lounge, kitchen and the master bedroom. This gives partial views to the sea, good views of the mountains and the whole area west of Marbella.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

‍ Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children.
