The host Maria Iodice, did not have parking. The apartment was up a big hill and told me that I was to park at the Marina and climb back up the hill. I told her this was unacceptable and she told us that she would not refund our money. Told her we were 75 yrs old. She said she didn’t care wether we were 22 or 75, the Marina was at least 1-1/2 kilometer away.

Very nice apartment, very close to restaurants, the ferry and the beach but not on the sea nor ocean view. Getting to the apartment can be very challenging as it is up two hills or three sets up stairs (probably close to 100) from the lower center of town. From the train station I would not attempt to walk to apartment (probably a 1 mile). Wish I was told there is an elevator at train station, then you could catch cab/bus to bottom of the hill and then walk up 2 hills or tons of stairs to apartment.
