-Unique Manhattan Beach Ocean views and a view of Catalina Island
-Shared Laundry appliances located in the garage
-Most Everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen
-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the small car port to the left of the garage, and the laundry appliances inside the garage.

Manhattan Beach is as classy as it gets. We`re a block from the beach and near Highland Ave, where there are lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores:
-FISHBAR
-Cafe Wild
-Culture Brewery
-Little French Bakery
-Two Guns Cafe

Walk Score rates the neighborhood `Very Walkable and Very Bikeable`, and if you wanted you wouldn`t need to drive anywhere.
-Parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of LA, so Uber/Lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car
-We have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by
-Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rental shop is 1 minute walk away

-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit.
Trash Cans: Located in the car port. Place recyclable items into the blue can.
No parties or Events. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. (Really quiet neighborhood)

If you open it, close it.
If you borrow it, return it.
If you turn it on, turn it off.
If you break it, fix it.
If you use it, take care of it.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
If you move it, put it back.
If your dog poops, clean it up. Please don`t let your dog go poo or pee on the fake grass.

Sorry, No barbequing.
Laundry hours between 8am and 8pm.

    Excellent stay! This rental was cozy, minimalistic, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the beach. The space was quiet, peaceful, and offered breathtaking views that made it perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of Manhattan Beach. A beautiful place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

    This was a lovely place and great location. My son and I had a great stay... except we had trouble with roaches and fruitflies throughout our week-long stay. The worst was finding a large roach in my son's shoe after he'd been wearing it. I was frustrated when I responded to management and never heard a word back.

    The apartment is in a great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.Also, very safe area. Parking with a small car (we had a Prius) is possible but not at all easy. There was a car parked across the street , a construction truck and an SUV parked adjacent to the parking spot ,which made parking our car a challenge. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage in bedroom closet, kitchen well stocked, living room/tv great space. I would recommend an area rug somewhere in the apartment, label the soap dispensers in the shower and provide new towels.

    Location was great. Very walkable — to beach, strand and restaurants. The parking spot is small, so would make sure to have a small car (or park offsite — there is parking nearby). The one thing worth noting is that this is a bottom unit and whoever occupied the top unit was incredibly loud at all hours with footsteps and other noise upstairs. This was not the hosts fault just something we experienced because of the top unit folks!

    The unit is perfect, I enjoyed the walk to the beach. Parking is a bit unconventional (it is understandable it is a beach community) definitely not a good stay if you drive any sort of pick up truck because you will have to hop out your passenger door. I did have a situation where i accidentally locked the dead bolt on the unit and was locked out, the owner said she did not have a spare key and would have to pay a locksmith out of my pocket. ( so only use the key pad) Other than those two things i enjoyed the daily walks to restaurants

    My experience with this host was a total disaster. The host had double booked our rental and so we had no place to stay once we arrived. The host could not help us find another location. I would never book any of her properties again. I am still trying to get a full refund with VRBO.
