Excellent location, clean with everything we needed

Everything was clean, the location was terrific, there was plenty of space for 6 of us, the host was flexible. We had a great stay.

A lovely property with lots of room for a group. Walking distance to the city. Beautiful little cul de sac. Rick was very helpful with communication.

The town house is beautiful and the host was supportive we didnt realise there were so many stairs and both of my sisters have issues walking

Terrific location, in a quiet cul de sac, but a short walk to MCG and other sporting arenas in one direction, and the city in the other. Secure underground parking, comfortable rooms, full kitchen. Rick, the host, is always helpful and makes the stay very easy.

Rick was very helpful before & during our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to transport. The surrounds were peaceful & calming. Definitely somewhere to stay in the future.

We were visiting Melbourne mainly for AFL GF , location was perfect for MCG and also to access city.We found apartment was very clean neat / tidy and nice and quiet.

BrilliantWe had a family wedding to attend and Rick's hospital;ity in allowing us an early check in and late departure took all the hassle out of dresses and suits being dragged around Melbourne. This only complimented the space and great location , allowing us to grab tasty breakfasts near by as well as a short walk to the busy city and great food and bars. Totally recommend- and thanks again Rick!

I had 3 adults (no couples) who needed their own sleeping spaces, this was an ideal property for us. We also had visiting family pop by and there was adequate room to host. The dining rooms made a pleasant and open plan way to enjoy meals together, and the fireplace and juliette balcony, along with the windows facing lovely vistas just made for a lovely whole experience. Along with wondering the beautifully maintained gardens, and access to very good gym and swimming facilities - if you are a lap swimmer, you can get your laps in without leaving the property.Inside, a bit of budget and attention to the walls and floor coverings would come up to make this a very beautiful sensory stay. As it was it was more than adequate.

Brilliant again. Perfect accommodation for our annual Melbourne family catch up visit. We have stayed here several times and will happily book again. The host Rick is an excellent and welcoming host. The facilities are exceptional and we could not ask for anything more. 10/10 every time.

We are a group of 5 friends who have known each other of nearly 40 years but live in different states. Every 2 years we catch up in Melbourne and have stayed at this place now on 5 occasions. This place is fantastic. It has everything we need. It is so close to the MCG, coffee shops and convenience stores and the tram. The biggest plus is all 5 of us get our own big bed which is rare to find. Rick is great to deal with and we keep coming back. We’ll be back again in 2027. Thanks again Rick!Anthony et al

Wonderful spacious apartment in quiet culdesac that is only a short stroll to MCG as well as centre of the city. Very clean and comfortable. Communication at all stages with Rick the owner was first rate. Just be aware that upstairs bedroom on mezzanine is open to lounge area.

We had a wonderful time, very convenient to MCG, Dining, Shopping and pubs. A lovely area, very quiet and well maintained little place. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Park Lane was a terrific spot in which to stay as it is so central to so many important venues, the city, parks, the G, etc. Very comfortable and a lovely place to stay.

This was the most perfect and charming apartment for our group of six friends to stay. The location was perfect for an easy walk to the tennis and the city. Rick, the host, was very communicative and even organised our transfers from the airport which were exceptional. We highly recommend.

Beautiful park of Melbourne, walking distance to the city. We organised a delivery of wine and food through door dash for our arrival as there are no shops “round the corner”. 2 bathrooms and plenty of mirrors which is essential for a girls trip 😊

Followed check-in instructions, which were well written & easy to follow. Unit was very well presented with every thing required for a short or long stay. Location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the city & surrounding suburbs.

Very comfortable place in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. I'd highly recommend it based on just the property itself. But in addition, Rick was excellent in communicating with us, which was very helpful when we had some issues with our travel plans, and much appreciated.

Initially chosen for the proximity to the MCG and a short walk to CBD. The location is in a beautiful setting in East Melbourne lots of parks close by. Easy to get to, comes with 2 x parking. Plenty of room for 6+ with everything you need. The property owner is so easy to talk to and clear instructions for the property. My last visit with three we cooked, walked into the CBD, to the Vic Art Gallery, lunch on the river, ordered in for dinner and played cards, next day to Rose St Markets, Lunch in St Kilda, to Brighton Beach then an awesome dinner only 800 m away at Di Stasio Citta. And of course, great coffee only a short walk away. I really enjoy this place.

Can’t fault this accommodation. We rate this as the best place to stay in Melbourne. It has everything we need. It is spacious and clean. All ammenities are first rate. Will definitely book again. Excellent communication from the host Rick who is always welcoming and friendly.

So close to everything including the mcg. Walked everywhere for everything. Perfect location. The property was very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying there.
