The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The Location is fantastic!

The host was very welcoming, and the house was perfect! The amenities were much more generous and thorough than I expected. The house was in great condition and very clean. Perfect location and space for what we needed. Thank you Lori for a wonderful stay!

Loved this rental! Could not ask for a more accommodating and friendly host. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything - beach, bay, shops, restaurants which is a major win with small children. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Amazing all around! We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely fantastic. My sister and I take my mom to the beach every year. We needed a one floor home that could accommodate my mom's mobility issues. This place was perfect. It was spotless and one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It has a great location, just one block from the stores and shops. And just two blocks from the beach. The host is very easy to work with. Can't wait to return.

My sister and I stayed at Lori's property over Memorial Day weekend with my teenage daughter and four of her friends. The house was perfect - clean, comfortable and close to everything! Lori was responsive to our questions and feedback and ensured we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property in our absolute favorite beach town!

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the accommodations were. The pictures do not do it justice, the main living area and front porch were lovely, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfortable. Would recommend to friends and stay here again.

Another lovely stay at this house. Located minutes away by foot from downtown Sgone Harbor this lovely property is also walking distance to the beach and a perfect place to stay. The pool is a real perk (for an additional daily fee when you use it). The owner Lori lives in the upper unit and is such a gracious and kind host. We also brought our small dog (love that it’s pet friendly). Great place for all ages (and pets). We will be back!

Outstanding stay !

This property was nice &clean. Great location right near downtown &the beach. The owner was responsive &friendly. HOWEVER, we werent aware the owner lives upstairs. We thought pool would be more private/accessible, but it's truly the owners pool &their upstairs apartment balcony looks over it, &they're out there a lot so it just felt uncomfortable. When I asked about the pool before booking that part WASNT communicated. They wanted to charge $100 for 5 hours of pool time. We were going to have our 2yr olds bday party out there but it felt awkward to rent the pool. You feel like you're sharing the property, which I wish we would have known when we booked with two babies. While we were there the owners family were there, not sure if its always the case. Where you have to put bikes is on their part of the house, so our bikes were moved without asking &we were rudely asked to stop pumping bike tires so they could let their dog out. The grill is also shared- not clear! The owners son wanted to use the grill the same time we did &made comments on our food. So we ended up changing our grilling plans. A grill was a must have for us so we were bummed. If we would have known these things, we would have booked a more private house. The pics are deceiving-NO outdoor space. Theres a front screened porch but its basically indoors and you're across from a basketball court where teens play until 12am. If you aren't spending a lot of time at the house with kids its probably better
