The front porch and front door serve as your private entrance. You have the entire front section of the house to yourself; the owner/host lives in the back of the house and maintains complete privacy. Parking is available on the street in front of your suite.

Other things to note
This is a nonsmoking house, but smoking is permitted on the front porch with the door closed to keep smoke out of the house; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

There is central heating in the bathroom, and an oil heater in the bedroom and one in the living room; when you’re away, please turn them down or off.

There’s an air conditioner in the bedroom that cools the entire house; please turn it off when you’re away—it cools the rooms down quickly when it’s on.

Please tie up trash tightly to keep the bin clean and prevent it from attracting insects and other animals. The teal trash can is on the front porch and is emptied periodically; please send a text if it gets full.
