Stayed Dec 20, 20241.Mould Throughout the ApartmentThe presence of mould caused serious health problems, particularly for my partner, who experienced breathing difficulties. This is a major health hazard that requires immediate attention.2.Leaks in the CeilingWater leaks were persistent and made living conditions very uncomfortable.3.Uncomfortable Living Room FurnitureThe living room couch felt more like outdoor seating and was not suitable for indoor use, significantly impacting comfort.4.Front Door MalfunctionThe front door wouldn’t open properly for several days, which was frustrating and posed a safety risk. While the locks were eventually replaced after contacting you, the initial delay was concerning.5.Missing MicrowaveWhile the kitchen is equipped with other appliances (e.g., dishwasher, cooker, fridge), the lack of a microwave was surprising and inconvenient.6.Gaps in Doors and WindowsGaps allowed mosquitoes and other insects to enter the apartment, further diminishing the quality of the stay.Overall, these issues made the property uncomfortable and unsafe at times. Despite raising these concerns, it felt like they weren’t taken seriously. I hope you consider addressing these problems for future tenants.
