Panth&home Charming Accomodation just one block from Pantheon

This property is in a prime location for guests who have intentions of walking to most major attractions in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere except for the Coliseum. The host was friendly and accessible. He provided a bottle of wine, water and some breakfast food for us to enjoy. The property has a very old fashioned style but is neat and clean. Air conditioning was a huge bonus. Be warned though that it is in the top floor. There is a great deal of steps (described as 3 flights up but much more than that). The host provided many restaurant recommendations and organized for transport to/from airport. Overall, it was a good experience.

This property met all of our needs for Rome. It was a prime location and a very nice host. We’d definitely consider staying again on our next visit.

Our stay here was dreamy! The host was so very accommodating and left us everything we needed and even arranged transportation for us. The location could not be better, so close to everything. The place was even bigger than it looked in the listing and was so clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was so key! It was HOT outside and the air conditioners kept it very comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again (and we saved the host's information as he has other properties as well!)

This property was in a great location for our stay. Close to the pantheon and piazza navona. Great for our family of 5.

First, the positives. This apartment is in a great location within the heart of Rome. Very short walks to most of the most popular attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.). It is even walkable to the Coliseum. The neighborhood is very trendy with lots of food and shopping options. The apartment was cute overall and functional. The host was communicative and helpful. The negatives. Unfortunately, this apartment is located directly across an alleyway from a popular nightclub which operates until 4AM every day except Monday nights. There were loud people outside the apartment all night, nearly every night. Some even urinating in the bushes immediately below the apartment. The apartment itself is also not very soundproof so even with the windows completely closed and locked, you can understand nearly every word said outside in the alleyway as well as from neighboring apartments. Finally, we found the apartment quaint, but also still a bit dirty. There was food from previous tenants left in the cabinets and refrigerator as well as crumbs on the floor. The mattresses are very cheap and not super comfortable. We also found that not every outlet in the apartment worked but could not find a circuit breaker box to try and reset potentially blown fuses. Overall, despite the negatives listed above, our family had a great time in Rome and loved the proximity to all of the sites we wanted to see. If your family doesn't mind some noise, then this apartment is great!

Location, location, location! We loved staying right by The Pantheon and Piazza Navona. In all 4 days we walked to every sight we wanted to see (Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and shopping!). The apartment was so comfortable for the 4 of us and we each had our own bed which was great after traveling through Europe the two weeks prior. Ermanno was so kind and easy to connect with. Definitely stay here the next time you are in Rome!
