Kitchen is fully equippedwith modern appliances including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining table allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The living area features a sofa with a TV, perfect for enjoying quality time together. There are two bathrooms, first with a bathtub and second with a shower, including washing machine, hair dryer and toiletries.



A beautiful balcony provides outdoor relaxation spaces, complemented by outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

Available shared terrace and barbecue on the ground floor where guests can prepare delicious meals. Guests can relax on the terrace at any time of the day.  

Free private parking is available 200 m from the property. Parking is secured and does not require a reservation.

Breakfast is available from 1.7. to 1.10. from 8am to 10am and is included in the price.



Pets are not allowed.  

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only outside.

WiFi and Air conditioning are free of charge.

Iron, ironing board and fans are upon request, free of charge.
