Panoramic penthouse with balconies, near the subway

Incredible place to stay! Two balconies with views of both sunrise and sunset. Beautiful large clean comfortable modern apartment in great neighborhood. This stay exceeded all our expectations and has been our most favourite accomodation during our travels thru Italy. Excellent host with tips on the area and thoughtful condiments. The metro, grocery store, shops and restaurants were all nearby. Quick and easy access to Rome's attractions. We took a taxi from the airport but you could easily take the trains thru to the metro.

This property was well maintained, and the owner was very friendly. It was a little further from Central Rome than I would have liked, but the metro is very close. Restaurants and grocery stores are in short walking distances.

Removed a little from the hustle & bustle, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. A clean, comfortable apartment! The host was quick to respond and helped us find food and groceries. We Ubered to the sights.

The apartment was really nice and the location excellent with the metro a few minutes walk away , local shops, especially the deli a few doors away were good. The issue we had was noise, from the construction work that started at 7am and the neighbours shouting until the early hours of the morning. There is a bar located opposite that is open until 2am . In addition the apartment could have been cleaner, especially the 2 bathrooms shou

Our group of four (60-70 year olds) enjoyed a whirlwind taste of Rome's traditional tourist sites while enjoying the local flavor of this multi-story apartment building in a quiet, lovely neighborhood of coffee shops, little cafes, and a Sunday market square. We were very fortunate to be able to check in early after departing our cruise ship. Eleanora met us at our appointed time, showed us how to use the very small but dependable elevators, and gave us a tour of her newly refurbished beautiful apartment. Though it was furnished with cooking and eating utensils, we took advantage of the nearby coffee shops and cafes for our meals. We felt completely safe in the building and neighborhood, and had a wonderful time.

We loved the apartment. It was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. We walked all over Rome from the apartment and enjoyed the local Piazza Bologna with its many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice experience, short distance to Termini train station, 3 stops by undeground, a supermarket open 24/7 all facilities, nice views , very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms both with shower, clean, tidy, really wothwhile. Thanks Eleonora

Apartment was clean and tidy, very fresh and aesthetically pleasing! Host was great at communicating and even ensured we got in ok when we landed extremely late, was helpful with places to eat around the area also. She text in English so was perfect! We used the metro system to get to the apartment and it was a short walk from there so ideal for little legs! There was a noisy bar across the road, but noise doesn’t bother us much! A great stay, would recommend and would visit again!

It was a wonderful week. The apartment was presented very well. The location was excellent and Eleanor’s suggestions for food and places around the apartment were great! Eleanor met us for check in and walked us through everything- including the old elevator that we probably wouldn’t have known how to work had she not!! One thing to be aware of is there is no microwave. We ended up heating left overs in the oven- it was fine. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

This apartment was clean and very bright with a beautiful view. The location is excellent.. It is a very lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores and a very short walk to the metro at Piazza Bologna. Eleonora was a great host and quick to help us with any concerns we had.
