Missed having a toaster and wasn’t sure how to use grill on cooker. No instructions.Would have been nice to find milk in the fridge, no cup of tea at end of our journey, and no local shop.Found the park next door noisy at night, woken up by people there on several occasions. As it was very hot had windows open which didn’t help.Couldn’t find a dustbin so had to bring rubbish home with us.Upstairs bathroom could do with a new skirting board.Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Perfect location for us, we literally parked the car up and never used it again, everything we needed was walking distance. Amazing city views, very pretty at night. This is a personal preference, but a toaster would have been handy, (not sure if they are allowed them in holiday lets). The accommodation had everything we needed for a mini break. Parking can be tricky, do make sure you park in the right bay and use the permit provided, a helpful neighbour told us some of them are only for 2 hours (and they do ticket you). We took a stroll through the little community park next door, and chatted to the community workers doing some maintenance.We spent pretty much a whole day at the Cathedral, certainly worth the entrance fee, the café has an excellent choice of cakes and food at a reasonable price. The following day we explored the castle and surrounding area.Really recommend Gino's (italian) and Olivares Tapas Bar, amazing food and service. Lincoln you certainly surprised us, so much history and a beautiful little city.

Cosy feel to the flat with an amazing view

I was MOST disappointed at the location. In that we had to listen to the residents of the West Dean, Residential home opposite, Their language and drinking started at dawn and went onto dusk. The Community Park looked interesting and nicely kept, but we couldn't walk around in case we walked into a drinking enclave!

No need to use the car once parked up as restaurants, shops, visitor attractions all within walking distance. Wonderful view from flat. Basic accommodation.

Everything was very clean, the place looked absolutely amazing and was the ideal place to call home for our time away. The host was amazing and always was in contact if we needed anything.

Good apartment on a quiet street within a ten minute walk of Lincoln town centre (up a steep hill on the way back so bear that in mind). It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant location, just a short walk into the town centre, lovely little park right next door, fantastic vues from the upper apartment. Could of done with a lamp in the lounge, save using all the lights! Plus a more comfortable sofa. On the whole though a lovely apartment 😊
