Stayed Oct 16, 2025I will return to this home! Great location. The place was immaculate with updated facilities. Loved the layout out of bedrooms and then common area. Giovanni was so helpful and available for suggestions and transport arrangements. Check in and out were very easy and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Palermo.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024My family and I really enjoyed staying at this location in Palermo. Our host, Giovanni, was outstanding. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. Apartment was centrally located above a lot of restaurants and bars and fun activities so never a dull moment. The unit had all the amenities you could possibly imagine, coffee, and snacks provided, as well. I would recommend this stay to any of our friends and family that visit Palermo in the future. Stayed Sep 10, 2024We only had a couple of days in Palermo and this apt is located in a place that allowed us to enjoy the city within walking distance. We had 7 of us and it was very comfortable with a nice outside patio. Giovanni is a great host! Commu ication was easy from initial booking to check out. Place is well equipped with added extras like coffee, breakfast goods, and bottled water. All the firniture including the beds are comfortable. We could have easily stayed a few more days at this place.

Stayed Mar 19, 2024Giovanni’s apartment was so perfect for our three couples. It was spacious and so comfortable. Giovanni supplied breakfast items and waters for our stay. He greeted us on our arrival and explained the coffee maker, keys, and other things around the apartment. The location is so convenient.

Stayed Oct 31, 2023The apartment is wonderful. Has everything you need and they provided lots of fruit bottled water and other groceries The terrace is great and a bathroom for each room. It can be noisy at night because its a popular area but it didn't bother us much and was nice to be right in the old town. They also helped us register the car with the ZTL so we could drive into the old tonw whihc was super helpful highly reccommend

Stayed Aug 22, 2023This property is beyond words. 4 big bedrooms, living room/kitchen upstirs that open to big veranda. Giovanni is the best host, constantly in contact with the group everyday. I highly recommend this property to any large group wanting to stay in Palermo.
